The cover had windows portraying blurry images of thriller feels. I liked it as it looked quite apt for a book of thrillers.

I love reading thrillers so the title just invited me to read its contents. I’ve also wanted to read this book ever since it was launched in Varanasi as all the authors come from the blogging community that I’ve been a part of since 2021. The subtitles are apt for their respective stories.
The Indian-English language used was simple and easily understandable. The fun new word was regurgitate.
Each author had a different story to tell. There were thrilling stories about postpartum psychosis, fake freedom, vindictive mistresses, hospital rape, dream destroyers, peculiar wives, evil siblings, affectionate scarecrows, suicidal children, fingerprint fantasizers, dancing Kalbeliyas, maniac husbands, murder, revenge and other mysteries.
*The font was a good size and easy to read.
*It had simple stories that made you think.
*There were good stories, but my favourite one was The Dactyist by Anushree Saha. It was creepy, thrilling and distinct.
*Negligible error that can be overlooked.
*Maybe some of the stories could be more detailed in order to give the thrilling effect in depth.
*I think more stories should have been added to make it a thicker book.
This book was a 5-night read because I preferred reading only three stories before I hit the sack. The stories were all different from each other and a little spooky in their own way though they didn’t wet my pants. Hoping to see some more stories coming up by our community writers soon.
Let me know your thoughts if you have read this book, too.
