Serving: 5 Dosas
Ingredients (Click on the items below to order them):
3 tbsp Coconut Flour
3 tbsp Almond Flour
2 tbsp Flax Seed Flour
1/2 tbsp Psyllium Husk
2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
2 tbsp Dried Coconut Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper (optional)
Cooking instructions for keto diet dosa:
Mix the above well in a bowl. Add 2 cups of Luke warm water and mix well. Set aside for 15 min. Then check for consistency. It should be flowing. If required add more normal water to the mix to get the right consistency.
For Frying, use a flat plate (Dosa pan – click to order) or a frying pan. Roast well with ghee.
Carbs : 40 gms Total. 8 gms per Dosa.
