3 REASONS WHY ASHWAGANDHA IS A GREAT INGREDIENT
There are numerous face moisturizers and creams on the market. Recently, I found a rich face moisturizer on 82°E.
There are very few products on this website and the moisturizer was the only one I quickly knew I wanted. The ordering process is simple and quick. Confirmation via email and WhatsApp is sent to you once your order is paid for.
The product took a day to arrive. Trust me! I was surprised. The package was intact in a nice branded cover. Inside the cover was a cardboard box that held a hard box that protected the main glass container.
I bought the Ashwagandha Bounce face moisturizer. As the name suggests, it contains ashwagandha along with sodium hyaluronate. It has no fragrance. It is quite lightweight, so if you’re looking for something thick, rich and creamy, you may want to skip this one.
Nevertheless, here are 3 reasons why ashwagandha is a great ingredient to have in your skincare products.
Perhaps the price needs to be reworked as the product did not feel rich. Deepika Padukone being the co-founder cannot be the only reason for its exorbitant pricing.
Despite its great ingredients and amazing features, I liked the product but did not love it mainly because of its light texture. I like slightly thicker creams. But, if you’re looking for a face moisturizer that is light and perfect for your skin, you should definitely try the Ashwagandha Bounce from 82°E. Let me know how you felt about it.

Ashwagandha has ample medicinal properties and is widely used in different products. It’s really great to see brands coming up with ancient natural remedies. Thanks for sharing about this great product.
Ashwagandha as skincare is new to me.I was really amazed by Deepika as co founder of the product and was in double mind of buying it’s products. I have tried other brands light on skin products but couldn’t find the real difference on my skin. I too enjoy skin products that make feel nourished for long hours.
This particular ingredient has many medicinal and wellness benefits, our Vedas too have mentioned this magical medicinal herb. I am glad to see, beauty and skin products use ashwagandha too. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Going by the review the product definitely needs to work on pricing. Celebrity endorsement will surely generate initial Hype but for longer-term product must justify it’s usage & worth
Aswangandha has stronger benefits as per ayurveda but I only knew of an a supplement intake. Using it as a skincare ingredient sounds really new to me. Thanks for the honest review
It’s a DP brand so you can trust the products. I am using the licorice sunscreen from the same brand and loving the product, it’s unique & different from the rest.

I use a health supplement that has Ashwagandha for calming the mind and for boosting immunity. I wasn’t aware that it has beneficial effects on skin too. Interesting.
I am aware of ashwagandha but not as a skin care ingredient but as a powerful herb to help control diabetes. When I was a kid I used to see my grandma taking it as a precaution from staying away from the increased level of diabetes. Later after marriage I heard my father in law used to take that in early years of his diabetes but now on insulin. I am thankful to you for introducing this product to me and I wish to give it a try to see the difference in my skincare regime.

I have only had ashwagandha in powder form. I don’t remember the taste though. But the herb is among the best for strength and heart. I would like to try this cream though, as I haven’t used any 82E products. My ageing skin has become very sensitive, and this cream seems to have many good results.
Ashwagandha has been written about in our ancient scriptures and the uses of it are many. I think we should go back to our ancient time-tested formulas for skin or hair care. This ashwagandha moisturiser seems to be easy to use but if it is overpriced then few people will use it. I rarely go for creams and lotions as i use homemade things we have in our kitchen and which I know are free of chemicals.
I did not hear about this brand. yes, many light creams did not provide enough moisturizing effect and seems this is one of them. though Ashwagandha is a great ingredient that they had used as a main one.

I had only read about ashwagandha as an ayurvedic ingredient that helped fight stress, improve sleep, and improve blood pressure and energy levels. This is the first time I am hearing it as an active ingredient of a moisturizer and I can understand that it might work too. At the outset of your post, I could not make out that you were going to talk about Ashwagandha in skin care, but I am glad to learn about its skin-improving benefits.
82E is such a premium brand and being founded by none other than DP herself makes it even more enticing for me to try! I have always been a big fan of ashwagandha and this makes this Moisturizer more tempting to me. Definitely trying this out!
