Karle Town Centre, an upcoming community-centric township is located in Hebbal, North of Bangalore. I assumed it was just another construction site with a few different buildings because I have passed by and admired their three ready-to-move-in towers a number of times but never entered the place to know more about it. When I finally went in, I was mesmerized! It was only then that I realized that the Zenith Residences were only a small part of a large infrastructure spread across 62 acres.
We were given a brief on the ideas behind developing this smart township, which was to be the melting pot of health, lifestyle and sustainability. When the promotional video played and details were given about a particular area, the same was highlighted on their icy coloured township model to show us the location and distances accordingly. I have never seen such an awesome presentation prior to this.
Karle Town Centre aims at being the new skyline of India. Their main objective is to create socializing areas even in the corporate premises. Besides having a hospital just 10 minutes away, there will also be 24/7 medical facilities in case of emergencies. The theatre is going to have loads of curated shows open to the public. Believe it or not, this smart city will also have restrooms that will light up according to your body language. I was speechless looking at their futuristic designs and concepts for their leisure and entertainment zones and also loved the fact that this project overlooked the Nagavara Lake.
The latest addition to this project is Vario Homes, which will have two towers of 34 floors each. With unique concepts, KTC is sure to achieve their goal of synchronizing nature with function which I think will help residents increase liking for one another as well as strengthen their interpersonal relations. Instead of becoming couch potatoes, who stare at screens all day, the young generation will improve on their social behaviour and reduce aggression, which comes along with an idle mind, as they will have a lot of activities to keep them busy.
Also, the main highlight, of Vario Homes, is the L-shaped flexible walls placed in the living room. These movable aluminum framed panels allow residents to fully experience the richness of life because you can close this area and convert it into a play area, yoga room, or just keep it open when you throw your next birthday party. I was quite excited with the hidden foldable bed behind the showcase wall. I can already imagine kids indulging in their hobbies behind these walls. For example, if you have a tutor who comes home, you can always close this space so that the student and instructor can both focus without being disturbed.
If you think that this is too good to be true, why don’t you visit their website here and go through it. Just in case you want to experience the greatness yourself, their Experience Centre is created just for that. It will give you a feeling of how life at Vario Homes will be. You will also be guided through this remarkable town, its innovative features and progressive layouts. Nevertheless, I can bet that, like me, you will also come out being amazed with the kind of high-tech developments Karle Town Centre is bringing into Namma Bengaluru. Trust me; their designs are going to make one feel they have travelled into the future.
